Natural recipe to get rid of spider veins

Telangiectasias  is the technical name for the so called spider veins, spider veins appear when thin vessels located in the most superficial area of your skin are subjected to pressure and its wall expand resulting in reddish or purplish branches this can be inherited ,or could be associated to sedentarism, standing for a long period of time and bad blood circulation .

These affect a lot of people and a lot of them are ashamed to expose their skin, a lot of times taking them to spend a fortune on aesthetic clinics to get that smooth and beautiful skin , if you don’t have the time , courage ,money or patience to go through the treatments offered  in clinics here are natural homemade recipe for you.

 

Recipe 1

  • 1 tbsp of Ginger
  • 1 tbsp cloves
  • 1 tbsp of grated orange rind
  • 3 tbsp of hibiscus tea
  • 3 bay leafs

These ingredients  are well appreciated due to the benefits that they provide.  Mixing them together in this recipe results in an excellent home treatment for those facing bad blood circulation and varicose veins.  This is a hot recipe literally Its ingredients warms your body resulting in blood  circulation stimulation .

Method

  • Place all the ingredients in a clean cloth
  • Tie it up forming a small bag
  • Boil half a liter of water
  • Place the bag in a pot with half a liter of water
  • Boil the water
  • Wait for 10 minutes until the water can absorb all  the ingredients
  • When done let it rest for a bit until the water is warm enough to place your feet (blanch your feet)
  • Rub the bag with the ingredients on the affected areas, massaging it nicely
  • Relax for 30 minutes with your feet in the water while you massage your legs .
  • Do this at least once a week at night and you will see beautiful results.
