how to use garlic to help you sleep better

If you are a real natural  you probably know that garlic is one of the strongest natural remedies that has ever existed,  it’s a very common food found in every kitchen and it has been used in a lot home made remedies ,it is rich in vitamins ,minerals sodium,potassium and magnesium  and has a lot of important qualities that may benefit your health in different ways .

It contains  anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antioxidant,anti carcinogenic proprieties and many more ,it is an excellent cardiovascular protector , great fungi,virus and bacteria exterminator a great ingredient to add to your food and to get rid of plagues.

Although garlic has a lot of benefits some people are intolerant to it , having a digestive system which is too sensitive to its consumption, if those who are garlic intolerant and want to enjoy the benefits of garlic ,I  highly advise to take garlic capsule or garlic water : fill a cup with water,add chopped garlic .Drink the water in sips throughout the day ,always adding water .

but ok lets get to the point, this is an ancient recipe, it can be used by everyone , it’s not only a way of helping you sleep it also improves the air around where you sleep, protects you against viruses and flu, and it can also be used in cases of sinusitis, rhinitis and respiratory allergies.

Method One

  • place three to five garlic cloves under your pillow before you go to bed;
  • it helps you sleep better
  •  garlic contains sulfur its characteristic scent has  a tranquilizing effect helping improve your sleep quality
  • at first it’s strong scent may be difficult to handle how
  • ever after a few days you will get used to it and your sleeping like a baby that you wont even notice it
  • to substitute the garlic you can cut half an onion and place it beside your pillow.. it will have the same effect …

method two


  • 250 ml of milk
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  1. mix the garlic and milk in a pot ,let it boil for three minutes
  2. remove it from the stove and let it cool
  3. add honey and drink

PS: drink it 30 minutes before you go to bed to get better results.
