natural way to lose stomach fat in 2 weeks/ detox water

There are so many reasons I am writing this recipe here , not only does it help with your weight reduction it also helps your skin get that natural glow .

lemon and water cleans your organism and eliminates all the accumulated toxins , it also helps in digestion, strengthen your immune system ,  the fastest trick to a healthy skin, it prevent kidney stones ,  gives you extra energy and last but not least aids in your  weight loss.

adding more ingredients additional to lemon enhances its effect, however the diet and eating habits are something you should take into consideration , it is very important to maintain a healthy lifestyle to be able to detoxicate


  • 2 liters of  water
  • 1 lemon
  • cucumber
  • 12 mint leafs
  • 1 tbsp of ginger


  • In a jar pour the water , wash  and finely slice the lemon  and add it to the water, wash peel and slice the cucumber adding it to the mix .
  • now add 12 clean and fresh mint leafs , grate 1 tbsp worth of fresh ginger and add it to the water steer it a bit ,close the jar and place it in the fridge throughout the night.
  1. On the next day , before you even think about your phone or showering or breakfast, drink this water which will bring you so many benefits .  so drink a glass with an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
  2. Drink the 2 liter thought out  the day .
  3. The effect will be better if you drink the water ,30 min before every meal .
  4. Do not reuse,  the ingredients , make a new batch every night with new ingredients.
  5. you can drink it for 4 – 30 days , in case you drink it for 30 days give yourself a 30 day break before restarting the diet.
  6. remember exercise and a good diet enhances the weight loss process.
  7. this drink dries your stomach and you pretty much lose a good amount of weight.
  8. very important , during this period do not use anything else that contains ginger ,excess of it in your organism may cause collateral effects.

    I’ve been taking this detox water since last 5 or 6 months. It does work wonder for belly fat but it’s taste gets bitter when the last 2 or 3 glasses of water is left. So can I strain out the water in the morning and then consume it?


    1. Hey Priyanka, first of all thank you for taking the time to read the article I truly appreciate, and congratulations for being so consistent with the detox water. I used to get the same taste that is because of the rind or peel in the lemon ,the acidic flavors of the rind infuse into your water.
      To save you from the hustle of straining the water , when you are preparing your detox water cut each end of the lemon and cut away the rind continuing to cut all around the lemon .
      The pith ( the white part )also tastes bitter so remove the pith too until you have a juicy lemon core , then slice the lemon be careful not to squeeze it hard we don’t want to lose the Juice and then just add it to your water.
      *In short cut the ends of the lemon peel your lemon including the white part ,slice it and add to your water *
